Carlos Soto, a shareholder of TKC, was hired in August 2003 to cover Shareholder Relations / Administrative Assistant duties. He is now serving as Shareholder Relations Manager / Administrator.

Mr. Soto was born, and raised, in Anchorage, Alaska. He is of Yup’ik Eskimo and Hispanic descent, with family ties to Upper Kalskag. Carlos graduated from SAVE High school in 2000 earning two scholarships: Mayoral Award, presented to the top 12 students in the entire Anchorage School District demonstrating innovation and leadership amongst various communities; and the UA Scholar Award, presented to the top 5% academically in his graduating class. He also lettered in Varsity Football, playing for Bartlett High school as a Quarterback and Cornerback. With a year and a half experience of higher education at UAA, Carlos is working towards a Business Administration degree.

Carlos has two boys: Carlos Nolan and Monroe Francisco.
