The Kuskokwim Corporation's most important asset, and the shareholders most important resource, are the lands around the 10 villages. The Corporation has an obligation to manage these lands for the benefit of the shareholders.

TKC owns over 950,000 acres of surface estate land in the middle Kuskokwim region of Alaska. The Calista Regional Corporation owns the sub-surface estate of this land. Generally, most land along the Kuskokwim and other rivers and streams from about 20 miles below the village of Lower Kalskag to about 20 miles above the village of Stony River is owned by TKC.
