Land Entry

FOR WHO: For commercial users used for access roads, PHS projects, AVCP projects, Corps projects, material storage sites, etc.

FOR WHAT: This permit requires that a specific contract be agreed upon by both parties and is in a form similar to a lease, in order to accommodate liability.

FEE: The fee is based upon the project, and agencies are required to renew the permit annually.
