TKC Development, Inc. (TKCD) was created on January 19, 2005. TKCD is a wholly owned company of The Kuskokwim Corporation (TKC).

TKC had begun focusing on utilizing its 8(a) status to obtain contracts with the Federal & State Government and private sectors. TKC needed a structure that will streamline business decisions, protect core assets, and allow TKC to leverage some of our stock & bond portfolio for bonding capacity to grow active companies that generate profit... thus the formation of TKCD.

TKCD is governed by a 5 member Board who currently includes: Leo Morgan, Angela Morgan, Dunia Morgan, Jaylene Peterson-Nyren, and Cynthia Navarrette.

TKCD oversees 5 subsidiaries. The majority of companies are 8(a) certified, while the others are seeking 8(a) status. Those subsidiaries are:
